Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

• Individual guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost.
• If the hotel cannot accommodate the confirmed reservation, the hotel may assist in arranging similar alternate accommodations but is not liable for any compensation or damages.

Group Bookings:

• Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings.
• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• Any cancellation before 15 days of check-in: No Cancellation charge.
• Any cancellation before 7 days of check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
• Any cancellation before 3 days of check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.

Additional Information:

• Refunds: Any applicable bank charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, festivals, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Blackout Dates: Bookings made between 20th December to 2nd January are non-refundable.
• Festival & Holiday Blackout Dates: Bookings during Holi, Eid, Diwali, Christmas, New Year's, and other major holidays are non-refundable and non-amendable.
